Thank you for choosing SkyFi Media! By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Delivery

For recovery services, our job is complete once your account is live and back online. At that point, payment is due.

For account transfers, our service is fulfilled the moment we deliver the login credentials to you. Once you log in and begin using the account—whether that's posting, updating your profile, messaging, or browsing—it means you've successfully accepted the transfer. At that stage, funds may be released to the seller.

Limitation of Liability

SkyFi Media takes the utmost precaution to ensure a smooth and successful delivery of all services. However, once a service has been delivered and completed, SkyFi Media shall not be held liable for any issues, losses, damages, or complications that may arise thereafter.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changes made by third-party platforms (e.g., account suspensions, policy updates, algorithm changes).
  • Loss of access due to actions taken by the client or any third party after service delivery.
  • Any decline in account performance, reach, or engagement after the service is completed.
  • Unauthorized access or security breaches occurring after the handover of credentials.

All services, pages, and accounts are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. SkyFi Media makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the outcome, longevity, or continued availability of any service provided.

We do not guarantee any specific results, follower counts, engagement rates, or account performance. Social media platforms are governed by their own terms and policies, which are beyond our control.

Communication & Timing

If we don't hear from you for 12 hours during an active transfer process, we'll assume the delivery has been accepted on your end and may proceed with releasing funds accordingly.

No Refund After Delivery

Once a service has been successfully delivered and completed, no refunds will be issued. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
